Eyebrows going away from eczema around eyebrows, how do I make them grow fast?

My right eyebrow has almost completely fallen out and my left one is halfway gone due to atopic dermatitis, I have been using minoxidil, jamaican black castor oil, and vaseline but I see little to no result, its only been 2 weeks should I just be patient?

MX 10 is a high concentration minoxidil (10%) and is considered effective even though it is not FDA approved. With the 10%, however, one also gets more side effects, such as dizziness, lower BP, arrhythmias.  As for the helmet, it shouldn't be a problem unless it is rubbing your scalp....
