Hi! I’m looking for some recommendations for procedures either surgical or non surgical that could give me a defined jawline. I have already had chin lipo and a sliding genioplasty. I suspect I might benefit from lengthening my lower jaw with implants. I’m also trying to avoid increasing the width of my jaw from the front.

Hard to tell what exactly you want, but my guess is that the chin is too pointy and you want a more square jawline. Yes bony contouring can help with this. All scars are inside your mouth.

For angle of the jaw, silicone or titanium are ok options, but I think long term a better option would be jaw surgery and doing a clockwise rotation of the maxillomandibular complex. This will automatically makes you appears more manly with bigger more square jaws--assuming this is what you want.
