How do I get rid of this cyst on my finger? (photo)

It developed on my finger after I got a cut. Retrospectively, I shouldn't have, but I picked it flat twice. I'm unsure if it's even a cyst. It doesn't hurt. It's around 3 mm. What procedure do I get to get rid of it?
