How do I get rid of this cyst on my finger? (photo)

Question

It developed on my finger after I got a cut. Retrospectively, I shouldn't have, but I picked it flat twice. I'm unsure if it's even a cyst. It doesn't hurt. It's around 3 mm. What procedure do I get to get rid of it?

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photo, it looks like you would benefit from excision. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
