Pdo swelling issue - this permanent? (photos)

PDO smooth threads 6 months ago I had 3 pdo max smooth threads put in my laugh line area. My face was very thin before and skin layer flat, but 4 days after I had severe swelling on both sides but more the right side (see before/after pics below). I got an ultra sound recently and it looks like the threads are still there and have caused inflammation of the fat in my face as they were placed too deep. I just did my first RF mcironeeding session to help dissolve, but concerned this is permanent.
