I had morpheous 8 done and it seems to have taken the fat out of my neck and loosen my skin. I have been doing micro needling to try to correct it but the skin is still lax. Would threads word for this or combo of treatments? or Sculptra and if so how many treatments needed.
Answer: Another approach would be doing Ultherapy to help tighten the skin and provide a small lift. Ultherapy is a non-invasive procedure that lifts the neck, chin and brow, and improves lines and wrinkles on the upper chest. As we age, collagen breaks down, resulting in loss of skin strength and elasticity. For tissue tightening, Ultherapy is ideal for the lower face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Morpheus8 to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: A Nonsurgical Filler Necklift For Neck Looseness & Crepey Skin I have been cautioning my regular followers for years to exercise a healthy dose of buyer beware when considering the use of expensive "bells and whistles" RF, ultrasound and fraxel laser devices, since the hard science to support these gizmos lags well behind the intense marketing and social media hype promoting them. So, no surprise that about the disappointment with the prior treatment. Threads typically don't last as long as promised and have a high adverse reaction profile that includes infections, extruding threds, unsightly skin dimpling and divots. HA fillers, on the other hand, can work well for treating next skin laxity. Robust HA fillers injected properly on the sides, for example, can be used to lift, pull and refine the contours of the neck, and resilient, low viscosity, cohesive HA fillers can be used to improve the appearance and skin quality of the central portion of neck. Treatment generally should take no more than a fifteen minute session in experienced hands and engender little to no significant downtime. However, these are advanced injection technques that should not be left to the hands of novice injectors accustomed only to using simple Juvederm or plain Restylane for smile lines. These are advanced injection techniques and you would be wise to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Answer: Skin Tightening for the Neck -- Kybella, Ultherapy, PDO NovaThreads, Thermage vs VASER Lipo w/ ThermiRF, Neck Lift A combination of non-surgical options like Kybella, PDO NovaThreads, Ultherapy and Thermage would do well in combination for skin tightening for the neck. VASER Liposuction (with ThermiRF, Renuvion and InMode FaceTite) is a great alternative for contouring and tightening the chin and neck and can be combined with a neck lift at the same time, if you're a candidate. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to develop a long-term treatment plan that works for you. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: MyEllevate neck lift would work the best for you. arae11 Thank you for sharing your photos. From your photos it is clear you don't need an open surgical neck lift. Simple thread lifts have generally disappointing results. The MyEllevate neck lift is minimally invasive neck lift that has long lasting results that approach the results of open neck surgery.
