How to fix short face syndrome? (Photo)

I believe I have Short Face Syndrome. Since I was 5, I had an extremely severe overbite. I did not get braces until I was 14. I think this contributed to my lower third being very short. Is there any way I can fix my short lower third? What are the best procedures to ensure maximum aesthetic outcome? I want a significantly more aesthetic lower third.
