Are braces a good option for correcting an overbite on a patient with veneers and missing teeth?

I have had braces before but my doctor wasnt well experienced and left me with 0 results. I want to fix my overbite but during the last few years I have lost 2 teeth (#15 and #31). Can I still get braces and fix my overbite? Also can you get braces if you have veneers?
