How do I use tretinoin/Retin-A for stretch marks? What % to use? (Photo)

Question

I want to try retina-a on belly/arms stretch marks. I know it wont be miraculous but my stretch marks are still pink/reddish/blue color and im hoping it would help me heal them better. My question is what % is the best to use and how do i use it? Can i mix it with other cream like cocoa/shear butter? I will provide a picture of how they currently look. Thank you.

Stretch marks can be difficult to treat. They can only be completely removed with surgery resulting in a scar which is usually hidden in an area that is not visible. Other options such as lasers, microneedling, and radiofrequency treatments can definitely improve the appearance of the stretch mark (20-70%) but cannot make it disappear entirely. Usually fresh or more recent stretch marks are pink and red in color. Overtime, the coloration should naturally fade into your usual skin tone or a lighter color. This will also make the stretch mark less noticeable over time. Retin-A can help accelerate the color change but will not actually resolve the stretch mark. Hope this helps!
