What could be causing tightness in my gums after a bone graft?

I had a bone graft done 3 1/2 weeks ago on my front tooth *9. I feel tightness around my gum. I can't smile comfortably. In addition to grafting I had my dental implant removed due to poor positioning all at the same time. What might be the reason my gum feeling tight?

All placed bone graft can not be pressed by the Provisional tooth, if pressed it can decrease the expected result

I advise you to go to your dentist to evaluate the area where the graft was performed and take x-rays of the area to rule out an infection.
