I'm getting mixed info whether or not Smile Direct Club is covered by my insurance. SMD says yes, my insurance says no. I have Cigna PPO dental insurance that provides up to 50% of ortho care but Cigna says at home treatment plans are not eligible, only licensed ortho offices are covered. But smile direct club keeps telling me it is covered. Who here has had success getting reimbursed? Can you share how? MUCH APPRECIATED!
