Since septoplasty/turbinate reduction 7 weeks ago, my nose runs and burns when I go outside. Is this normal? When does this end?

In some of your earlier photos, the bump seemed smaller. So it's less likely to be a piece of cartilage graft that could be removed. But if it was scar, then certainly the hope would be that the steroid injections would help.I think you're going to have to bring your photos and operation report...
