How long after face/neck lift can you do Fraxel laser?

The benefits of doing this method is that you only have one recovery for both procedures. Additionally, since you will be numbed up for the facelift, you also will have good anesthesia for the laser portion.
Not all surgeons have the supplies or ability to do both at the same time, but most do and it is a common treatment option.  If you really want to separate the treatments apart, please discuss the duration and timing with your surgeon. Different surgeons and different facelift methods used will give you a different timeline to follow. Typically patients can have a Fraxel a month or 6 weeks after a facelift.  The facelift must heal completely before you can have the Fraxel laser done. This is best discussed with your PS as they will know best what is being done and if it is safe to combine the laser treatment or some sort of chemical peel at the time of the facelift. To be safe, I would wait 4-6 weeks between the facelift and the laser as the Fraxel laser can be done over your facelift scars too!
