It maybe that it's only your teeth are out. This might be corrected by braces alone. An X-ray helps.

I can see that the chin is going to the right slightly. You're options are sliding genioplasty or jaw surgery. You should be evaluated clinically.

Thank you for sending these photos. However, a clinical evaluation is needed. I do not believe SARPE is the correct procedure.

Yes. Your problem is common. What you need to do is have you upper jaw pushed up and maybe have a sliding genioplasty. Please consult an Orthognathic surgeon.

Best option is to have braces and jaw advancement. Your other options which are inferior include chin implant, sliding genioplasty
