Follow-up Question: Bimaxillary protrusion and overjet? Would I need to extract premolars to correct? (photos)

I didn't include the picture of my x-rays in my previous post. So I wanted to add it to get a more accurate opinion. My orthodontist had recommended extracting upper 1st premolars to retract teeth for overjet, but considering the possible negative side effects, I don't want to extract them without really needing to. Additionally, I'm also wondering if I have bimaxillary protrusion & if this could also be resolved without extraction.
