Your pronounced nasolabial folds are a common symptom of bicuspid extraction orthodontics. If you had bicuspid extractions before braces then you most likely have underdeveloped dental arches. You have a strained mentalis muscle which is another sign of bicuspid extraction orthodontics. By developing your dental arches and bringing your lower jaw forward you can resolve many of the concerns you have.
