I was told that this flaring occurred due to large tonsils/tongue and IPR and DNA techniques would give limited retraction. it seems that DNA is more limited due to the extra bone I have in my lower palette. It was told that even after extraction, the large tongue will end up pushing the teeth back. Does it mean that either I have to extract and end up with a narrow smile and not so good profile or I have to go for either DNA and/or IPR for a limited retraction that might not be satisfactory.
