Hello there, you can still expand and achieve the smile you are looking for. That can be done with orthopedic appliances such as DNA. You will also gain many other health benefits by doing so.

If you are a candidate for DNA appliance, I would use that over surgery. Manibule usually follows Maxilla. There are many orthopedic nonsurgical ways to help you.

DNA appliance works great for TMJ cases. It will enhance your profile and face. All cases I have seen and done patients look alot better than before.

Hello there, it is great that you have included pictures and xrays but that gives us limited information. We need a through exam to give you a better idea. With that being said, if we were only going of your xrays, it appears that your premaxilla is set back. DNA along with developing your premaxilla will have a great impact. Myofunctional therapy is a must in your case. You will see alot of other health benefits if you commit to the treatment.
