Yes, cheek fillers can often times help alleviate the "tired" look in the tear trough area if it is due to volume loss. That area is usually depressed due to shrinking or shifting of some of the deep anatomical fat pads of the face. Restoring volume loss in the upper cheek area will often replenish or at least soften the hollows in the tear trough area as well. Any remaining depression in this area can be addressed directly in the tear trough with a fine hyaluronic acid filler such as Belotero.
