I have been getting conflicting info at the locations where I am getting my velashape treatments. how long do i have to wait until i can exercise or sunbath after a velashape treatment?

Velashape does not cause joint pain or back pain.I recommend that you see your primary care physician for proper history and physical examination to see if you have back issues, back pain causing more or undue stress on your joints causing pain and inflammation.
Velashape does not reduce fat. At best with 8-12 treatments, Velashape will help achieve modest tightening and smoothening of the skin. You should not expect fat reduction with Velashape.
