I will take pics and upload here after my surgery.
Answer: #LipoRecovery and exercise Down Time after Liposuction varies from person to person. Light walking can start when ever you tolerate it and I encourage this activity for my patients. I do not require my patients to lie on their belly.Usually, 2 weeks after the operation you may exercise, in order to modify and diminish the adhesions between the skin and the tissue. Walking, swimming, or a stationary bicycle can usually begin a few days after surgery. Wait at least 3 weeks to begin aerobic exercise. As with all operations, pain and discomfort varies greatly from patient to patient. Generally, one should expect that pain medication will be required for the first several days. Continuing discomfort can last varying amounts of time. Much of the swelling and bruising will be improved by two weeks; however, some will persist for 6 to 8 weeks. It is often difficult to see significant changes in the body shape before this time. If you have any concerns, notify your plastic surgeon to get it examined.

Answer: Returning to activity after lipo
Gentle ambulation shortly after surgery is actually encouraged and can begin almost immeddiately. In fact, it is undesireable to remain at bed rest.

Answer: Exercise after liposuction
A little walking around the house the first two days might help you heal but I would not encourage brisk walking or other exericse in the first two days so that bleeding and oozing of other fluids underneath the skin may be minimized.

Answer: How Long Should I Stay at Home After Lipo on my Belly? The duration of time you should stay at home after undergoing liposuction on your belly can vary depending on several factors, including the extent of the procedure, your body's response to surgery, and your plastic surgeon's recommendations. In general, most patients are advised to plan for a few days to a week of recovery time at home following liposuction on the belly. Here are some general guidelines: 1. Immediate Post-Operative Period: After the liposuction procedure, you will likely need someone to drive you home and assist you with basic activities for the first 24 to 48 hours. During this time, it's essential to rest and avoid strenuous activities. 2. Initial Recovery Phase: Plan to take at least a few days off from work or other obligations to allow your body to rest and recover. You may experience swelling, bruising, and discomfort during this time, so it's essential to follow your plastic surgeon's post-operative instructions for pain management and wound care. 3. Avoid Strenuous Activities: It's important to avoid heavy lifting, vigorous exercise, and other strenuous activities for several weeks following liposuction to allow your body to heal properly. Your plastic surgeon will provide specific guidelines regarding activity restrictions based on your individual recovery progress. 4. Follow-Up Appointments: Attend all scheduled follow-up appointments with your plastic surgeon to monitor your progress, assess healing, and address any concerns or questions you may have during the recovery process. 5. Return to Normal Activities: Most patients can gradually resume normal activities, including work and light exercise, within a week or two after liposuction, depending on how they feel and their plastic surgeon's recommendations. It's crucial to follow your plastic surgeon's post-operative instructions closely and listen to your body during the recovery process. If you experience excessive pain, swelling, bleeding, or other concerning symptoms, contact your plastic surgeon promptly for further evaluation and guidance. Every individual's recovery timeline may vary, so it's essential to prioritize your health and well-being during the healing process.

Answer: Activity after liposuction
It is perfectly fine to talk light strolls after liposuction surgery as long as you feel comfortable. Most of my patients return to work ( desk job) within a few days to a week after the procedure.
