Hello S. Anything that you are using at home will not be able to get rid of smoker's lines. Two great options are injections and laser treatments. For our patients that cannot have downtime, we do a tiny bit of Dysport and then a dermal filler to camouflage those lines. Alternatively, we use laser resurfacing but this does have a recovery period associated with it. Laser resurfacing works better and has longer lasting results as you can see in the photos.
