Thermage does very well for skin tightening and when used properly will not cause any long term consequences on the skin or facial fat.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Thank you for your question. This is something you should ask your surgeon. For my patients, I generally do not recommend facial treatments after fat grafting for 4-6 weeks, other than their daily skin care products and gentle cleansers like Clarisonic.

Does Dermawand Works on Spider Veins?

Thank you for your question. This is an RF device which is more about collagen stimulation and wrinkles than vessels.  I have not been impressed with low level RF for veins. I prefer the Candela and Cynosure 1064 lasers for leg veins. I hope this helps.
