There is no problem to do LED after the Ultherapy, although to be extra cautious, I would wait until the following day, just in case you're given any medication by your doctor during Ultherapy to make it more comfortabl. You wouldn't want to do the LED treatment while numb and not know if something was going wrong with the LED session.
