I keep getting told I look like a man and asked by men if I am a transvestite I have very large hands and bones and my face is manly I can see why people always say this . I have also been single over 4 years and u think this is why I'm very depressed about it and even thought about taking my own life due to this I can't cope anymore I'm lonely and depressed and I even see it myself now please help I feel like I will do something bad.

From your description, I believe that you are suffering from clinical depression. I strongly recommend that you seek medical help especially since you have mentioned having suicidal thoughts. This is nothing to be ashamed of and can be treated. Please reach out either through your own physician or by going to the emergency room.
