Why is my Gum on the Left Side Bigger Than the Right Making my Two Front Teeth Look Uneven? (photo)

Question

I'm 20 years of age and even though my two from teeth are the same length when I full on smile you can see on one side the tooth is higher up than the other which makes me extremely paranoid when I smile, what can I do to fix this or any advice? Thanks.

See an orthodontist first. Have a candid conversation that not ll of you needs may be met. However, there is a significant improvement. Your soft tissue or gum line is uneven giving the appearance of the tooth looking bigger its the gum line. This can be corrected with periodontal surgery or orthodontic treatment good luck

Your gums look swolllen. I would recommend a full check up with your dentist. After the swelling has gone down you could consider crown lengthening/smile lift to even out the gum levels and improve the symmetry of your smile.
