Your soft tissue or gum line is uneven giving the appearance of the tooth looking bigger its the gum line. This can be corrected with periodontal surgery or orthodontic treatment good luck

Your gums look swolllen. I would recommend a full check up with your dentist. After the swelling has gone down you could consider crown lengthening/smile lift to even out the gum levels and improve the symmetry of your smile.

A periodontist should be able to help you with that.  Its quite common and totally fixable
