I finished invisalign and removed attachments a week ago. I'm waiting for consultation (10 days) to measure for bridges on the back of my lower t. The problem is since the attachments were removed, the last tray don't put any pressure and it's ripping. I can see that one of the tooth is already moving back. What can I do while I wait this month for consultation and creation of bridge and retainer? Or insist that her speeds the process? Or get me some temporary retainer? Thank you for your help
