Had 2 of my upper teeth removed when 13 before having silver wire braces 3 years. by age 30 wisdom teeth arrived impacted &moved upper teeth forward towards a V. Had wisdom teeth removed and wire braces again for 1 year. permanent retainer on my Lwr front teeth, not upper teeth.Age49 now my upper teeth moved forward pushing lower lip excessively force my lips together to close them fulling. would appliance that has pressure from the inside to push the back side teeth outwards would help widen?

Hi I would advise always to try to keep your teeth and straigten using braces first. However it is a much longer process. An extraction of the misplaced tooth and a dental implant would work as well but we do advise a thorough assessment to decide on which is best way forwards

Hard to tell from your very small photos but it looks like you have lots of other options besides those you mentioned. Clear braces and invisalign certainly come to mind first. Orthodontic treatment could certainly reduce or eliminate the need for veneers. I would get multiple opinions fr...
