Will Nagor 240-270 cc (dual plane) high profile implants look too fake on me? (photo)

I strongly recommend you choose the anatomical shaped implants with ultracohesive 5G gel; being so skinny the round implants will look like 2 coconuts once they are settled beneath the nipples, and they do not fill the upper pole, about this the anatomical shaped implants are unique; additionally being so transparent your skin you are prone to ripple and be it visible, so the 5G ultracohesive gel is highly recommended to prevent such side efect.Dual plane, more correctly called partially under the muscle, is an acceptable option of placement, but undisputiably the subfascial plane has way more advantages: lesser rate of postop complications, no drain tubes, barely any pain, quicker recovery, close to zero capsular contracture and hematomas, day case management, comfortable postop, etc.See the link below to find few cases of my own practice very similar to yours which I had the opportunity to operate successfully on, sharing a lot of common features with the technical problem you have posted.

Hi, its a bit difficult to be sure, based on the photo you supply but 240-270 cc implants are not particularly big (unless you are very petite) and one of the benefits of placing round implants in dual plane / under muscle as that the 'roundness' is softened and there may also be some resistance to capsule formation and resultant shapechange.
disadvantages of undermuscle techniques are that the breast / implants may move / flatten when you move and exercise your arm and shoulder and the muscle does tend to keep the cleavage a bit wider.
if you are concerned about roundness, choosing a moderate profile implant or a teardrop implant might be an alternative worth exploring.  Nagor teardrop implants cost the same as the round ones; certainly this is the case in hospitals where i am practicing so you can make your choices of implant style without worrying about price.

I consider that the size and technique for your case are well chosen.Another option would be to place Anatomical Implants in a sub-fascial plane in order to haver a more natural result.
