Microneedling RF - 4 weeks post and still very red. Will this resolve? What should I do to help get the redness down?

Redness caused by Intracel microneedling can be treated by vascular lasers such as V-beam or with IPL.  Sun protection is very important.

The forehead should be treated with absolute caution- remember you only have one point five mm to work within. Conservative treatments must be used in this area. The safest method is to use MANUAL microneedling with oblique subcision. I try to avoid stamping procedures as they usually leave grids on the forehead. Your dermatologist or plastics who performed this procedure are well aware of the unique anatomy of this area. - this applies to your temples as well, although there is a lot more to work with in this area. OK, as for redness, easily decreased with a series of Pulse Dye laser sessions. 2-3 sessions 2-3 weeks apart.All the best, Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane.
