Invisalign attachments on bottom teeth slightly chipped in the middle, is it a cause for concern?

Yes, you can definitely have your teeth reshaped to remove the mamelons.  It is painless to do and doesn't harm the teeth.  I recommend having it done once you have completed treatment, like you suggested.  Ask your orthodontist to do it for you. 

You are right in your assessment that this is very unsatisfactory treatment.  You did not pay for teeth that are straight when viewed from underneath, you paid for a nice smile. Your dentist probably does not have the experience with straightening teeth to deliver the result you want...

Invisalign aligner treatment is to align teeth. Alignment of teeth and replacement of missing [extracted] teeth are separate issues. In your case first step is the alignment of teeth and after that replacement of missing teeth.

It is not common. normally this issue occurs in case of relapse or distorted tray. so my first question is r u wearing this tray for more than 20 hrs per day, if no thn continue for some more days , it will correct relapse. or visit yr dentist to check any kind of distortion.
