Answer: The importance of expertise, experience Tear trough filler is a delicate procedure that requires a tremendous amount of care and precision to perform safely and successfully.Experience and skill cannot be overstated. My recommendation is to choose a board-certified facial plastic surgeon who has the intimate knowledge of facial anatomy necessary to administer the injections carefully. Make sure the doctor has ample experience in performing tear trough fillers to ensure an optimal outcome.

Answer: Tear Trough Filler Hi there! Thank you for your question. I would always recommend choosing a practitioner who is highly experienced when it comes to performing dermal filler treatments and someone who is medically trained. Personally, my product preference is Juvederm and I would also use a cannula technique for the delicate under eye area. The best thing to do would be to book consultations with these practitioners and give yourself the chance to ask questions and discuss concerns. Remember you can take as long as you want to make a decision about treatment so do your research and make sure you choose an injector who puts you completely at ease. Hope this helps! Best Wishes, Dr. Rupert

Answer: Under eye filler Hello and thanks for your question. Both juvederm and teosyal are a goo range of fillers that have been around for a long time. You want to go to someone who is experienced and medically qualified. You need to know how many treatments they have carried out and ask to see some of their work. Best wishes

Answer: The injector is the key to success... Tear trough treatment is fraught with danger. Detailed anatomical knowledge is needed in order to place the product in the correct plane. From the photos you sent the product has been placed too superficial (close to the skin surface) hence the poor outcome and Tyndall effect. The correct choice of product is also extremely important - a low viscosity product that is not too hydrophilic is ideal. Several products are used off licence for this treatment so I'd do my research about the products individuals use. Knowledge and experience are key to getting this right. Choose your practitioner carefully as outcomes can be disastrous in the wrong hands.
