Answer: Steroid topically is not a must after Fraxel
Most patients of mine certainly do not use topical steroids after Fraxel restore. Good emollients are recommended and that is all that is required.

Answer: No Unless you have too much inflammation You do not need steriods unless you too much inflammation and your doctor is concerned about hyperpigmentation. Most patient apply moistureizer and after 2 days you can apply makeup
