so I don't put my finger in my mouth often well never really along my gums, I did today next to my sensitive crown tooth and there is painless lump on my gum/bone under that tooth. I JUST had a cleaning on Feb 14, so I assume both the tech and dentist are not THAT incompetent and this has more recently showed up? what is it? Also had wisdom tooth on that side taken out Dec 17th, could it be related to that or just the crown is the issue. Should I see a regular dentist or my surgeon?

It is normal to feel a little discomfort a few days after having placed the prosthesis. According to the image of your prosthesis, it looks very good.
After week you continue the discomfort I recommend you go to your dentist to reevaluate with a dental x-ray.
I would assume that you had been asked about the these crowns before they were permanently cemented in. Discussions about position, shape, contour are usually done at the try in, and if necessary changes could be made to try and satisfy your wishes.
