Getting Lipodissolve for jowls, will it be effective?

For lipodissolve on the Jowls, my doctor is using lipobean. Is it effective and will I look worse?? I have slight jowling from aging, I’m 42. I’m afraid I’ll be very swollen after that, and not sure of the effectiveness.
