My MOHS procedure on tip of my nose ,took 3 times to get clear margins as it was deep and long ...biopsy after showed Nodule and Infilterative Basal. My surgeon closed with a PENG closure on the same day using dissolvable stitches .9 weeks later healng well to look at ,surface stitches gone to naked eye .Concern is the constant soreness , slight tightness ,sharp and tingling pain underneath , from the tip to bridge of nose . also itching

Some skin grafts can have color blended to the surrounding tissue with dermabrasion or laser resurfacing. Adjacent tissue can be rotated to replace a skin graft. Tattoo artists with proper training are very adept at blending skin grafts & scars.
