Lifetime Warranty for Mentor Breast Implants?

You have a life time guarantee on the product (Breast Implants) if you have a deflation. For the first 10 years there is financial assistance from the company as well. After the 10 years, there is no financial assistance from Mentor.
If you are planning on changing out the implants due to a deflation, now would be the time to do so.
Your new set of implants would have a much better extended warranty. Between May 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009, Mentor has a new warranty program called The Mentor Premier Advantage that pays up to $3,500.00 to go toward a deflation surgery for the first 10 years.
This warranty is free of charge until January 1, 2010.
As of January 1, 2010, the extended warranty will cost $100.00 to the patient, and Mentor will pay only $2,400.00 toward a deflation surgery for the first 10 years.

Mentor will always replace the breast implants if they rupture due to a defect in the implant.  Most implants that leak are secondary to an implant flaw and the company will replace them at no cost regardless of how long ago they were placed.  In short, the breast implants come with a lifetime warranty.
