Hi! I have desperate times to get correct diagnosis. Two thing what happened: off fin 5 weeks nov-dec. And microneedled in january which caused two very red spots and pain and burning. Pain was march-april. Huge hair loss all over and have had bumps, i have also lines in finger nails. Have seen doctors the first one gave keto shampoo… others say just seb derm look fast scalp with dermascope i have persisted to rule out lpp and they took biobsi back of head results not yet seen. 60% all over lose
