I’m on day 21 of the microblading healing process and all of my pigment is still 100% gone. Is this normal? (photos)

I hoave no idea what went wrong. I followed the after care instructions. My stylist is telling me some may still come back but I’m skeptical at this point. Because there are absolutely no strokes showing at all. Has this happened to anyone else?
