Rubbed brow in sleep. - How bad did I mess up my brow?

Question

I had my brows microbladed and am currently going through the after touch up healing process. It’s been 5 days since I had them touched up. Last night I rubbed my brow in my sleep and took off some scabbing. How bad did I mess up my brow?!

Trying not to rub or take scabbing off is important for your results. However, you won't really know if this has impeded your results until about 4 weeks after.  I would hold off and see your provider at the scheduled follow up appointment. Usually at your touch up the technician can refill in where some spots are missing.Best of luck!
