-The laser type is Sheer Duet Light -I only laser my face -Have done 8 sessions so far -Usually go once a month, but stayed 3 months without because of summer holidays, shaving in between. - Its been 1 week since my last laser session, and the hair has grown noticeable.

It is perfectly safe to get laser hair removal repeated in 2 weeks if there was no prolonged redness or other issues with the prior treatment. I question the utility and practicality of staging the treatments at particular intervals to go with the hair cycles. In general, more treatments mean better results.

It would be great to have laser every week so as to finish your treatment plan quickly, but the hair has a specific cycle, and doing laser every 2 weeks would not be a good idea. Your dermatologist can give you specific guidance about other time frames.
