I have a rear tooth that came off at the gum and a dentist has taken a mold over the top of it for a partial lower denture and said it would be OK to leave what's left of the tooth and the root in place? I'm concerned there may be problems later on with wearing dentures over the area? Should I be concerned and maybe see another dentist? I have a small digital camera that I could try to take a picture with though its the right hand back tooth. ANY advice will be very much appreciated thank you.
