Why doesn't hair fall out from upper lip after laser hair removal treatment?

Hi! I had a 8 laser hair removal treatments on my upper lip but hair is not falling out at all. Laser Soprano ICE (Alma). Skin type- white. Hair-dark. My skin is quite dry. I had a laser hair removal procedure on my bikini and legs- it worked perfect. I was thinking that maybe something is wrong with hormones but tests were OK. What could be the reason why hair is not falling out from my upper lip? Could it be that I am not moisturizing my skin good enough? Thank you.

It's ok to use the medication immediately after the laser. I would hold it for about 3 days prior to your next treatment.

I am not sure that you understand the laser settings. In my office, with the laser I use the most (Lightpod by Aerolase---voted #1  hair removal laser in 2015---its not about the thickness of the hair.I tell patient that the size of the target is what determines the laser efficacy.Too small a h...

It is recommended to shave immediately before LHR so that the heat travels down the hair shaft and not just affect the hair above the skin. Afterwards, shaving can be done immediately.
