Will lash growth serum help restore my full and thick lashes? Will this cause permanent or long lasting results? 21 y/o (photos)

I used to naturally have the fullest and thickest lashes with the most length only a few years back, I always got complimented on it however I’ve realised my lashes have severely thinned out and shortened in length even compared to beginning of this year. I’ve suffered from what was thought to be dry eyes but haven’t experienced any irritation for over 6 months now so don’t understand why this is happening. Will using lash growth serums restore my natural lashes n will they stay after? I’m 21.
