Can I Get Laser Hair Removal While I Have Genital Warts?

I have an appointment in a few days to get laser hair removal, but my RN informed me that I may have genital warts, but she's not sure if they're just skin tags, or warts. Can/Should I still keep my appointment for laser hair removal if in fact I do have genital warts?
