Can I have laser hair removal after a c section?

hi doc. i have given birth through c section last year. can i have now hair laser removal? but laser light might affect scar. please help

There is no problem with laser hair removal after a C-section.The device I use, Palomar Max Rs, will also improve the appearance/color of the scar. There's no problem with treating right over the scar. Best wishes to you for a great result.Dr. McNeill

You can absolutely have hair removal after a C-section. The Palomar MaxR is great for hair removal and the Palomar 1540 laser head would also be great for treating your C-section scar.
