Hi! I am a female who has been taking Spironolactone for my acne for over a year noq. My dose was upped a few months ago to 100mg twice a day, and last month my period was very light (which is rare for me because I am anemic) and has not come yet this month. I stopped taking it about a week ago to see if my period would come/be normal without it. I am sexually active but we use condoms and pulling out every time. Do you think I should be concerned about a possible pregnancy? Thank you.
