What should I do about large pores on nose that are more noticeable after Retin-A? (Photo)

So I’ve read a lot of bad reviews for retin-a making pores worse. I just started using it only once a week. My pores are somewhat more noticeable unfortunately. What should I do? I don’t have time for anything that involves downtime for healing. I’m guessing the big pores are sun damage.
