My skin is starting to sag, but I don't really jowls. It's more like my face has this downward droop and the fat is falling. I think the majority of this is collagen and elastin loss. Would retin-a be able to reverse this? I really don't want fillers or any treatments as I'm very young.

Little will help with ice pick scars. Treatments with eMatrix are more effective for boxed scars and rolling acne scars and less likely for ice pick scars. Nevertheless, I recommend RR Retinoid Repair cream to all of my patients.
