Do I need a Lefort 1 osteotomy? (Photo)

I have been bothered my whole adult life by my protruding mouth and low facial angle that makes me look like a monkey. What would be the best surgeries to get to make my mouth more straight against my face while making my face as a whole more forward grown? I also been told on lookism (net) that my zygos are retruding.
