Hi, I'm a moderately thin girl of age 16 but I am concerned with what I believe is fat around my jawline.Since I am already at a low body fat percentage, I can't further reduce my weight so I have been considering liposuction around the chin/jaw area. But a friend of mine suggested that it wasn't fat but just extra skin..so would I need a facelift? I'M ONLY 16!! could it be water retention? PLEASE suggest me some sort of test to know what it is.I'm looking to achieve a chiseled jawline.
